Leeward Twilight Series update

There are only two evening races left in the Wednesday night series, before the nights start drawing in and racing moves back to Sundays only. Last Wednesday was a special evening as the fleet experienced the solar eclipse, captured by several of the keen photographers in the club. With nine races completed there are two helms with a chance of victory, Mark Nield and Jeremy Cooper. Mark is sitting on 6.86 points with Jeremy lying in second place and quite a lot of work to do with 9.2 points. For any non-racers reading this the aim is to have as few points as possible! Ian Duncan is sitting in third place with 16.88 points. Ian is getting used to being on the podium and the leading sailors will have to keep an eye on him in the last two races.
