Champagne Supernova

Well to be honest we have no idea what his singing is like, but James Stark travelled to Winsford Flash on June 13th to participate in the Supernova Open - and came back with 3rd place honours! Congratulations James.

James is a regular racer in his Supernova at Shotwick and there is no missing the red hull and cool looking go faster sail. 11 Supernova helms competed over three races. Seven of the 11 were visitors so the competition was strong. The weather was lively, with strong gusts in race 1 leading to 11 capsizes - how many were James? No idea, but he came home in third place. Race 2 saw another 6 capsizes and James missed a podium place, but the wind picked up even more for race 3, reducing the fleet to six Supernovas, and James was in his element, pushing the eventual overall winner (Will Crocker) hard, finishing just behind him in second place.
