Sunday afternoon update

Following the completion of the Pursuit Series race, the decision was taken to implement a trial of a Personal Handicap system to encourage those new or returning to racing to compete with the regular racers in this Sunday afternoon series. So with the PH being applied to Brian Herbert in his Laser, the results are as follows:

Autumn Pursuit Series race 1 (sailed as handicap race):

1. Brian Herbert (Laser), 2. Simon Dolman (Solo), 3. Dave Thomas (Solo)

Autumn Pursuit Series overall after 1 race:

1. Brian Herbert (Laser) 1pt, 2. Simon Dolman (Solo) 2pts, 3. Dave Thomas (Solo) 3pts

We will do a more detailed story on how the system works once we have a few races in the bag, but for now congratulations Brian, the recovery from the early bath was well worth it!
