Ron Steps Down

It is with great regret that we announce the retirement of Ron King from the Shotwick Lake Sailing Committee.

During Ron’s tenure we have seen growth in our club. He has been integral and invaluable to the important advances in the areas of welcoming new memberships, junior sailing, club sailing events, work parties, boat servicing, and organising outside vendors to complete work and much more. Ron has tirelessly given his time and resources to the club, it is Ron’s behind-the scenes work that we are thankful for and especially grateful.

As Ron steps down from his role on the committee, we would like to take this opportunity to wish him well and thank Ron for his many years of service to the club.
