Junior Hoodies
At the Easter junior fun day, the juniors present came up with a design for a junior hoodie. These are now available to purchase for £20 from Jude (Jude348@btinternet.com) and adult ones, with the club name on the front, are £30. Junior sailing sessions
The Saturday afternoon junior sailing, parent-led, sessions continue in September (Sat: Sep 5th, Sep 12th, Sep 26th). Always weather dependant always check the Junior Sailing WhatsApp group before each session to confirm it is on and volunteer for the shore coordinator role or safety boat helm and crew. Summer Series update
The Sunday Summer Series continued last Sunday, with much gentler weather conditions than the fleet has experienced throughout the earlier part of the series. In a similar situation as the Wednesday night Leeward Twilight series, Mark Nield tops the podium in his Laser with 5 wins and 14.78 points. Leeward Twilight Series update
There are only two evening races left in the Wednesday night series, before the nights start drawing in and racing moves back to Sundays only. Last Wednesday was a special evening as the fleet experienced the solar eclipse, captured by several of the keen photographers in the club. A Wild July Regatta
Shotwick July Regatta, 26th July 2026 The July regatta was not for the faint hearted! Shan was there to share the pain and the glory of the Shotwick racers that braved the weather.
