Following the very wet end of year and snow in January, the lake is at the highest it has been for many years. If this level continues it will make launching and recovering very easy at the start of the season!
At the beginning of the month we held a refresher course for safety boat helms. The course was held over a morning or afternoon and a total of 31 people attended. The course covered launching and recovering the safety boat; recovery of unconscious casualty; assisting helms to right their boat
The audit of the graveyard boats has now been completed and there are 32 boats, 27 windsurfing boards and 8 trailers ready to be auctioned. Some boats, which do not have membership stickers, are clearly well looked after boats and trailers. If any member thinks that one of the boat
